If you discover that a specific SmartCoin transaction has not been fulfilled, contact our Support Department and we will be happy to assist you.

When you contact the GameSmart Support department, please include your User ID, Date and Time of Purchase and the amount of SmartCoins, along with a screenshot of the specific SmartCoin transaction you need assistance with.
